Kristin and her husband have two children, Luke (15) & Lauren (13). She grew up in Rice Lake, WI on a hobby farm, and then joined active duty Air Force serving for 4 years, and transitioned into the National Guard. She loves to be "in pursuit" (rather than busy) and enjoys networking, engaging & serving in the community.  Melding her military experience with starting up a business "seemed so perfect and it's been a TON of fun!"

"For more than 10 years, I have had the pleasure of serving with Chief Master Sergeant Kristin Von Eschen in the Air National Guard. Throughout this time, I have known Chief Von Eschen to be a hard-charging professional who sets the example for others to follow and is passionately dedicated to helping others. As a supremely dedicated individual, Chief Von Eschen can always be observed at the forefront of major change initiatives, including diversity and inclusion and professional development efforts. Her efforts have made a tremendous impact on more than 107,000 members across the Air National Guard through her contributions during the Human Resource Advisor Orientation Course at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. Throughout her stellar career, Chief Von Eschen has been a leader among her peers and has the unique ability to make those around her better. Chief Von Eschen continues to impress me with her positive attitude, determination, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Her unique and diverse skill set brings an interesting perspective to our Air Force, and her positive interaction with fellow airmen as well as her ability to critically analyze a variety of situations greatly contributes to the success of our organizations.
